Reach out to reserve your spot today! I complete 5 - 6 bespoke commissions per month with certain peak times such as Christmas and end of term. At the end of these instructions you will find a link to an order form - click here and this is where you will fill in all the information I need from you and I will be back in touch with available booking slots and pricing. Once you have been given a slot you will be asked to pay a deposit.

2. Send the clothes
Once your have been given an approved booking slot and paid your deposit I will ask you to send me the clothes I need to complete your order. During peak periods, kindly anticipate a processing time of 4-6 weeks from the clothing handover to completion. I'll provide instructions regarding the ideal clothing submission timing.
For guidance on the number of items to send, please refer to the FAQs for further assistance but I will advise when confirming your booking.
3. The design process
Once I'm all set to create your cherished keepsake, I'll reach out to verify essential details for embroidery and discuss your preferences regarding clothing and the initial design. Throughout the process, I'll stay in touch, sharing in-progress photos to keep you updated. However, if you prefer an element of surprise, I can keep everything under wraps until the big reveal! I'm committed to making this experience as seamless and delightful as possible. Feel free to share any special requests or ideas you have in mind. 4. Payment & delivery
Once your bespoke gift is complete, I'll make arrangements for a courier to deliver your item. The postage price will be confirmed during the design process, and outstanding balance payment will be due upon completion.
