Label Lady's niche is school sews and I am OBSESSED with school mottos and creating soft furnishings that are unique to that school! The Motto collection of cushions taps into this as well as another obsession of mine - promoting the circular economy.
What does this mean? Circular economy is all about reduce, reuse and recycle waste. My school leavers commissions use old school uniform and the motto collection is made from the offcuts from this part of the business, from the waste that would normally end up in landfill.
